Made from 100% chardonnay grapes grown on Babylonstoren in the Franschhoek wine region of South Africa, this wine is matured in 50% new and 50% second-fill French oak barrels, giving it a classy, sleek structure. Expect hints of subtle citrus fruit softened with textured creaminess – ideal with creamy dishes, nuts or sushi. Ready to be enjoyed now, or in the next four to six years. It sits in our family of big big oakey creamy chardonnays which the Bloom Wine Company are renowned for.
