Ca’ Momi Chardonnay

Director Lyndsey’s favourite, this big big chardonnay has everything aged in French oak for 10 months then 10 months in American oak this wine is the power dresser of wines. Complex from the napa valley it opens with a nose of butterscotch and ripe peach. 
the palate is pineapple, citrus and pear and a hit of vanilla, fresh gentle acidity combined with a gorgeous creamy in the mouth feel. Lynds says “this wine is the putting on your animal print jacket with the shoulder pads and means business”
